- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with Ashtyn for 3 years and it's very obvious they care about customer service- I couldn't ask for better service or find it anywhere else. The rate I was given was the first time I recieved a rate I could afford and have all my needs met. My first situation needing their assistance was during the flood of 2016. Ashtyn was at my house immediately to see what I needed. I was so surprised to get that kind of attention so quickly. Another situation i needed them was with a toilet issue that caused damage. The adjusters are local, my adjuster was Kaleb and he was exceptional. He took care of everything. I would refer anyone I know to Ashtyn and Kentucky Farm Bureau .June 12, 2017by Michael Ferrell
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If anyone is thinking of buying a home or shopping for new insurance, contact Phillip Greene at Kentucky Farm Bureau, Ashtyn Hudson's office. Not only was he able to save us a ton of money on our annual insurance premium (WHICH LOWERED OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT SIGNIFICANTLY) , but through our house fire, Phillip along with the other staff at KYFB have been right there and more helpful than we could have ever asked for! There has never been one time that we have tried to contact them and didn't get an answer when we have questions. (Because trust me, all of this stuff has been very confusing, but they have made it so much easier) They also have CALLED US several times just to check on us and see if there is anything they can do to help! Give them a chance and they will do their absolute best to help you and your family be covered.
