- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While assisting my Mom with her purchase of a new car I called to add her car to her current policy. I asked the lady who answered the phone if she needed to speak with my Mom. Her answer was "Our systems are down" My Mom had to stop what she was doing and speak with the rep who then proceeded to complete the insurance for the new car. She didn't have to lie about the system instead just request to speak with the owner of the policy.May 27, 2017by markina johnson
