  Wow, where do I start. I'm sincerely hoping the doctors are completely unaware of how terrible the office staff is here. They have messed up my charts, my paperwork for medical leave for work, and given me nothing but attitude when I talk to them. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I'm getting ready to take my business elsewhere. You can't treat patients the way they do and have a successful, highly talked about office. The left hand definitely does not know what the right hand is doing. And if you ask to speak to the office manager about the problems going on, they give you a phone number that's invalid....nice. Don't waste your time and energy messing with this office. Here's an update to the post above. Dr Bealle called me today and without talking to his office manager, who I did talk to, took the side of his rude, inept staff. He told me that no one has had problems with his staff for awhile so it must be my fault. Apparently he has no idea who's working for him. Sad. It's really pathetic when a doctor defends staff and has no idea what they really do. There are way too many other doctors out there that are much better than him. He made it clear to me that he has plenty of business and patients and doesn't need me. My husband was referred to him with the VA, and because of this, he will be taking his business elsewhere as well. It's disappointing and upsetting when arrogance and pride is more important than the truth. He clearly doesn't treat veterans and their families well at all.
