- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I belonged to the Clarksville clinic and die to not being seen for a while I had to reestablish care and was stuck with the Hopkinsville clinic. Not happy here at all hopefully I can return to the Clarksville clinic eventually, until then I'll try to get another provider within the Hopkinsville clinic or not go at all. My issues with the staff here are to numerous to cover in 1 post. I will see patient representative soon to voice my concerns.August 29, 2017by Khadijah Williams
